Retirement

The Colorado Secure Savings Program (Senate Bill 20-2000) mandates businesses with five or more employees to offer a qualified retirement plan.

To help our members comply with this law and offer competitive benefits, the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC has partnered with Transamerica to offer a Multiple Employer Aggregation Program (MEAP) to all members at the Business Advocate level or higher.

 

Multiple Employer Aggregation Program (MEAP)

A MEAP is a qualified retirement plan shared by multiple employers connected to a hosted organization that serves as the primary host. This program centralizes essential administrative, recordkeeping, and fiduciary services, which are managed by a third party. This setup allows participating employers to outsource many of the responsibilities associated with managing a retirement plan, often resulting in significant cost savings.

Healthcare Benefits

The Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC is now offering a suite of healthcare benefits designed to help members at the Connection level and above reduce costs while enhancing the benefits they provide to employees.

In partnership with Limitless Rx Solutions, Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care, and Kaiser Permanente, these solutions include a range of options tailored to different business needs, allowing employers to choose what works best for their teams. Limitless Rx Solutions’ Pharmacy Stewardship Program helps employers significantly lower pharmaceutical costs by bypassing the traditional U.S. supply chain, allowing them to provide access to the same medications at a fraction of the price. There is no required plan redesign, no vendor swaps, and no member disruption.

As part of this package, Chamber & EDC members receive a free pharmaceutical consultation.

 

 

 

 

Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care

The Pinnacle Five|50 Health Plan is built for employers with 50+ employees, focusing on prevention, simplicity, and transparency. Instead of co-pays, deductibles, and surprise bills, plans in this program offer access to benefits including $0 out-of-pocket costs when using the preferred network, unlimited visits, virtual care, labs, medications, and procedures, and more.

Kaiser Permanente

Through the Chamber & EDC, first-time Kaiser Permanente clients are eligible for the following incentives:

-Small Businesses (100 employees or fewer): Receive a $1,000 transition assistance credit.

-Large Businesses (over 100 employees): Receive a $2,500 credit.

-All participating businesses: Enjoy 4 complimentary hours of Workforce Health Support.
