Our 2025 Organizational Goals
- Accelerate economic development activity by closing projects, creating jobs, and driving capital investment. Strengthen the BRE program by expanding outreach and engagement. Enhance attraction efforts by generating new opportunities
- Advance advocacy efforts in housing, childcare, and workforce while driving impactful policy outcomes. Expand Government Affairs diversity by building alliances with rural and multicultural chambers and increasing representation within the GAC.
- Establish an e-continuity system to ensure seamless role transitions and enhance administrative efficiency. Optimize e-storage processes for accounts payable to improve accuracy and accessibility.
- Counter misperception of the Pikes Peak region as just a vacation destination by highlighting career opportunities in key industries. Expand national reach through media engagement and business conferences to drive talent, business tourism, and investment.
- Drive membership growth and revenue through recruitment, upgrades, and retention while expanding the membership base.
- Expand the PPSBDC’s impact by increasing the number of unique customers served through advising and training.
- Support housing developers to advance project approvals and drive housing development in the region.
