Executive Director, Special Initiatives
The Executive Director, Special Initiatives will serve as the Foundation for Colorado Springs’ Future’s leader, which entails effective time management, diplomacy and willingness to do administrative work, creative presentations, interviews, meeting facilitation, fiscal management, ongoing self-study and both independent and collaborative decision making. They will be a solid steward of a myriad and diverse stakeholders’ trust and investment by experience, reputation and ongoing execution. This role will be a facilitator of public/private/philanthropic partnership (P4) initiatives, investments and projects in collaboration with the city, county, state and federal officials along with tracking and executing on details that entails. Furthermore, this position will strengthen and expand mutually beneficial relationships with major sponsors and collaborators including but not limited to: OEDIT, City of Colorado Springs, El Paso County, the Colorado Springs Chamber and Economic Development Corporation, Visit COS, Colorado Springs Sports Corporation, Pikes Peak Community Foundation, Military Bases, and other organizations for support and partnerships.

Academic Program Director
The Academic Program Director of Innovate Pikes Peak (IPP) provides programmatic and operational leadership for regional career pathway development across school districts, industry partners, postsecondary institutions, BOCES, workforce partners, and other education stakeholders. This position is responsible for translating IPP’s regional vision and strategic priorities into collaborative, sustainable, and actionable implementation plans. This role coordinates complex, cross-sector work that requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, operational planning, and follow-through. This role leads through credibility, trust, collaboration, and influence, working with autonomous school districts, higher education institutions, employers, BOCES, and community partners that may have distinct priorities, capacities, calendars, and community needs.
