I’ve seen this downtown grow amazingly.

“In Colorado Springs, because we have a very reasonable cost of living, you can have a rational work life balance. You’re not working just to keep your head above water. I think that combination of a beautiful location, great people, a reasonable cost of living, plus the added bonus of low traffic is a serious win.”

“As a community we’re on the cusp of becoming one of the best cities in America in the sense that we’re coming of age with a value for open spaces and parks, affordable housing, and entrepreneurship. Within the entrepreneurial community you see a lot happening. It’s really going to be the vein that uplifts our community.”

“Personally, I’ve been involved in the Fine Arts Center and in the last 10 years since I’ve been here, I’ve seen this downtown grow amazingly. There’s so much going on with the art that you see on the streets, the Colorado Springs conservator, and other art organizations. It’s wonderful to have those kinds of resources in the community with the size that it is. There’s a lot going on, even more than I’m aware of. I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next.”
