Investortools Opens Office in Colorado Springs

CHICAGO, IL (February 16, 2017) – Investortools, Inc., a financial software firm based in the Chicago suburbs that specializes in solutions for fixed-income portfolio management, trading, compliance, credit analysis, and benchmark risk analysis announced today that they are opening a new office location in Colorado Springs, Colorado to accommodate its continued expansion in the fixed income industry.

Founded in 1983, Investortools products have been used by more than 250 financial institutions. From the one-manager office to firms managing tens of thousands of private accounts, Investortools software remains the trusted solution for many of the largest mutual funds, private account managers, banks, securities dealers, insurance companies, rating agencies, and more.

Investortools has leased space at 5555 Tech Center Drive for their Colorado Springs operation which will accommodate up to 45 employees before further expansion is needed. They plan to co-locate with their primary independent contractor, Software Builders. In addition to a number of employees relocating to Colorado Springs, the company also plans to hire locally and is optimistic for continued growth.
