Finance Committee

The Finance Committee oversees the funds, assets, and investments of the Corporation, subject to the authority of and policies established by the Board of Directors. With the cooperation of the Finance Committee and Executive Committee, and subject to approval of the Board of Directors, the President and CEO shall be responsible for the preparation of an operating budget covering all activities of the Corporation and for the expenditure of funds consistent with such budget.
