Clover Network expands workforce and office space in Colorado Springs

Clover Network, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corporation, announced earlier this month they are expanding its workforce and office space. Clover is a software company specializing in point-of-sale technology.

Clover added 22 employees in 2018 and has plans to add 29 employees this fall, bringing its total to 74 employees with growth expected to reach 125. The open positions include software engineers, technical account managers, technical writers, developer relations team, quality assurance, software development engineer in test, and developer operations positions. Clover offers extremely competitive salaries and free benefits to its employees. The company signed a lease on 16,000 square feet of office space at 2424 Garden of the Gods, to accommodate its rapid growth. Clover is already looking to expand by an additional 10,000 square feet.

“We are very excited about our new opportunity to work in such a unique environment with immediate access to trails and amazing parks like Garden of the Gods. The other building amenities we like include new loaner mountain bikes, fitness center, Colorado Collective Café as well as the outdoor patio views of the Rocky Mountains. We love Colorado Springs and are pleased with the talent we’ve been able to hire,” said Mark Kessinger, operations engineer at Clover Network. “This was a collaborative effort and we are grateful for the partnerships we’ve made. Steve Kohls with Cushman and Wakefield (representing the landlord) and Tom Lepry with JLL (representing Clover) were vital in negotiating our new office space. Steve also connected us with the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, providing us access to resources in the community.”

“Colorado Springs is in an exciting time both in attraction and growing local businesses,” said Beth Taylor, vice president of economic development for the Chamber & EDC. “This is an example of great partnership between the Chamber & EDC, the broker community, and all of our local business partners.”
