Chamber Connect

April 19 @ 11:15 am - 1:00 pm

Speaker: Michele Sturgell, J.D., Certified Title IX Investigator, Manager, Workplace Investigations, Employers Council

With new claims of sexual harassment hitting the headlines every day, it’s not if, but when, a company will need to respond to these claims. While one in three women ages 18-24 report being sexually harassed at work, 71% say they don’t report it. This statistic alone highlights the need to properly respond to claims of this kind.

Please join us for our April 26 Chamber Connect for a seminar led by Michele Sturgell, J.D., Certified Title IX Investigator, Manager, Workplace Investigations, Employers Council.

The 60-minute session will be led by an experienced employment law attorney and harassment investigator, followed by a short Q & A session. Our experts will ensure that participants are prepared to respond in such a way that protects all parties involved and ensures the company has all the facts to make the right decisions.
